Recognised as the largest microfinance centre in the European Union and one of the most innovative countries in the Eurozone, Luxembourg is THE European destination for FinTech to flourish.

What is Catapult: Inclusion Africa 2021?

It is a one-week acceleration programme (bootcamp) that supports selected Fintech companies focusing on financial inclusion in Africa, building bridges between Africa and Europe, and is very much aligned with the sustainability goals of Luxembourg’s finance centre where the potential is huge.

ADA is supporting for the third time this programme organised by the LHoFT (Luxembourg House of Financial Technology) and financed by the Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs, and supported by other key strategic partners such as InFiNe.lu, LuxFlag, LMDF and more.

Open to 15 Fintechs active in Africa

This year, the programme aims to support 15 game-changing inclusive finance FinTech with venture development, growth and investment readiness training, plus access to mentors and investors with knowledge of doing business in Africa.

An active community

After two bootcamps in 2018 and 2020, "Catapult: Inclusion Africa" now includes an active community of 24 Alumni companies, half of which have raised funds or concluded major strategic partnerships following the program.
