Advances and challenges of green financing in Central America and the Caribbean

Central America and the Caribbean are some of the most vulnerable regions in the world to climate change. It is estimated that at least 60% of their population is exposed to some kind of climate risk, with people living in dry areas and on the Caribbean coast being the most impacted. 

In this context, REDCAMIF and ADA studied the challenges and opportunities of upscaling green microfinance as part of a serie of studies on the state of the inclusive finance sector in the region.
